Please Note:-
We have arranged special rates of hotels for conference delegates.
Fixed hour shuttle service for Delegates/ Speakers would be provided only from official hotels to the conference venues and social functions. If you are booking hotels other than the official hotels, no shuttle service will be provide from conference organizer and delegates need to make their own arrangements. .
The guests, delegates and the exhibitors are requested to make their hotel bookings through the conference secretariat to avail special rates. September 2010 being high tourist season due to Commonwealth Games in Delhi, hotel reservations can not be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance. |

| Terms and Conditions |
1. All hotel room rates are on per room / per night basis and include buffet breakfast unless specified.
2. Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking with the Official Travel Agent.
3.
To book and confirm hotel accommodation, one night room tariff of the preferred hotel needs to be deposited.
4. Balance payments shall need to be paid 30 days prior to the Check-In date.
5. Refund, if any, will be made after the completion of the Conference.
